5-标题

I. Defence and strategic facilities serve as vital bulwarks of national security and core competitiveness. These include missile launch bases, aerospace launch sites, military airport runways, shipbuilding and repair bases, protective structures for nuclear facilities, strategic petrochemical reserves, and underground fortifications. Such facilities must not only withstand prolonged, intensive use but also maintain structural stability and safety under extreme environmental conditions and high-threat scenarios.

II. Environmental and Risk Challenges

1. Extreme Weather Conditions

Prolonged exposure to natural environmental factors such as extreme cold, high temperatures, high salt fog, high humidity and intense ultraviolet radiation accelerates material ageing and corrosion.

2. Chemical Corrosion

During their service life, facilities come into contact with corrosive substances such as acids, alkalis, fuels, lubricants and chemical media.

3. High Loads and Impact

Runways endure the impact of aircraft take-offs and landings; missile launch platforms are subjected to high-temperature flame jets and shock waves; and ship berths must withstand the impact of heavy-load docking and wave action.

4. High Protection Standards

Equipment must possess multiple protective capabilities, including explosion-proof, impact-resistant, waterproof and bulletproof features, whilst requiring long maintenance intervals and meeting extremely high reliability standards.

III. Shortcomings of Traditional Repair Solutions

Conventional physical or adhesive repair materials typically provide only surface-level sealing and lack chemical bonding with the substrate. In complex environments characterised by high impact, extreme temperature fluctuations and chemical corrosion, they are prone to cracking and delamination. Their service life is usually only 2–5 years, failing to meet the requirements for long-term reliability in military and strategic facilities.

IV. Keeper Materials’ Solution

The reaction-crosslinked water-based nano-concrete repair agent developed by Keeper Materials, combined with specialised high-strength fibre reinforcement technology, achieves the following in the protection of military and strategic facilities:

1. Deep penetration and chemical reaction: Nano-branched silicate penetrates 2–5 mm, reacting with Ca²⁺ ions to form a C-S-H mineral framework, creating an organic–inorganic hybrid chelation layer that permanently seals off corrosion pathways caused by CO₂ and H₂O.

2. Resistance to extreme environments: Remains stable over the long term in conditions of extreme cold, high temperatures, high salt fog and high humidity; withstands over 200 freeze-thaw cycles without cracking; exhibits excellent resistance to acids, alkalis and salts.

3. Impact resistance and wear resistance: Compressive strength increases by 1050% after repair, enabling the structure to withstand high-intensity loads such as aircraft take-off and landing, ship berthing and missile launch shock waves.

4. Enhanced Ballistic and Blast Resistance: Incorporates high-strength protective fibres independently developed by Kebao, forming a three-dimensional mesh framework within the concrete matrix. This significantly enhances blast and ballistic resistance, meeting the requirements of special protection levels.

5. Environmentally Friendly and Safe: Water-based formulation with low VOC content; free from heavy metals such as lead and chromium; complies with military environmental and safety standards.

V. Typical Applications

1. Military Airfield Runways

Rapid repair of spalling and cracks; ready for normal use within 48 hours, ensuring combat readiness.

2. Missile and Rocket Launch Pads

Protects areas exposed to high-temperature flame jets and shock waves, ensuring structural stability after multiple launches.

3. Naval Bases and Ship Repair Platforms

Protects quays and dry dock bases from salt spray corrosion and heavy-load impacts.

4. Strategic Reserves and Underground Structures

Provides integrated protection against seepage, corrosion, explosions and bullets, enhancing overall security levels.

5. High-Security Military Production Workshops

Resists chemical corrosion, impact loads and ground deformation, ensuring production continuity.

1. Extended service life: Maintenance intervals have been extended from 2–5 years to 15–20 years or more;

2. Reduced costs: Life-cycle maintenance costs have been reduced by more than 40%;

3. Enhanced safety: Reduced risk of safety incidents arising from various military conflicts;

4. Improved combat readiness: Shorter repair times, minimising disruptions to combat readiness.
